Day 2

What a great day we had!  We left Reno this morning and headed to Twin Falls, Idaho.  Once we reached our hotel, we met up with my cousin Tim (my dad's brother's son) and his family.  They took us to Shoshone Falls, which is considered the Niagra Falls of the west.  Beautiful!!!  The water was low, but the waterfalls were still amazing!  After the falls, we went out to dinner with Tim, Rhonda, and Nicole, and then went back to their house to talk and laugh about old times.  We had such a wonderful time with them!  It's been at least seven years since we've seen Tim, and this was our first time meeting Rhonda and her kids, so it was a really special time for us.

Toni suggested I write out the price of gas in each area.  I thought it was a great idea!  Big differences!  Here's the gas prices so far:

Fremont $4.25
Reno, NV $3.97

This was our view on the drive from Reno to Idaho.

We finally made it to Idaho!

Our first stop was Shoshone Falls.
